CERTIFICATION IN FOOD MANAGEMENT

ISO 22000:2018 sets specific requirements for a food safety management system and can be certified to. It maps out what an organization needs to do to demonstrate its ability to control food safety hazards in order to ensure that food is safe throughout the production chain, until the final point of purchase.

FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

FSSC 22000 contains a complete certification Scheme for Food Safety Management Systems based on existing standards for certification (ISO 22000, ISO 22003 and technical specifications for sector PRPs).

OUR FACILITIES

Two production centers of our own design with automated brew houses, each featuring a filter press that ensures yields greater than 95% and top consistency. To better serve the sector, the brew houses are slightly differently equipped, but are outfitted with a plate heat exchanger between the kettle and the whirlpool, pasteurizer, DE filter, hop dosers and storage tanks, enabling us to produce batches of 20 to 100Hl every two hours.
